Cheery greetings my loved ones!! Love from Western Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️

I would love to make more scary decisions! Sometimes there is risk involved!
But….
Do not confuse decisions with souls!
You are not your decision. Your soul is fixed!
Your decision isn’t.
Even if you made a decision that wasn’t the best, your soul is still intact.
Sometimes wrong decisions are made!
But your saved soul in Christ, is never wrong. This is where real freedom lies.
Decisions can become like idols.
Meaning, we can look to them for help and support and focus entirely on the decision and its outcome.
What happens when you make a decision that is a mistake?
God is still left, right?
God Himself is always greater than your decision!
The decision is always the lesser.
God is greater!
This thought gives me great comfort.
Why?
Only because I need to make significant decisions this year. I know some will be probably wrong!
But God never is.
I need to learn to place my faith in God Himself, not my decisions.
When our faith IN GOD is greater than all our DECISIONS, even if some decisions are wrong, we still learn to put the onus on Him to direct us elsewhere if we are moving in the wrong direction.
Don’t place priority in your perfectly made decisions.
They are not God and important as decisions are, they need a full time leader. God!
If you place full faith in all your decisions and forget all about God, your decisions are running 🏃♀️ on empty.
God is not the back up plan after a failed decision.
He is always The Plan.
Make decisions.
But always with God.
If you can’t make a decision because it feels too risky, it doesn’t matter! God is never risky and He will decide for you at just the right time.
Choose Him 1st and the decision takes care of itself later….. what comes “after God” then doesn’t really matter! Because you chose God to begin with! If you think about it, nothing comes AFTER God. God is already the absolute!
New poem coming soon!
