Did you know that in heaven, the “past” is also the “present” in the sense that God remembers and will continue to bless the earlier work you did for Him?

A seed you planted earlier may be a gorgeous flower that only God will see.

The planting, the seed, the watering, the nurturing all happened slowly over time.

This initial “sprinkling of salt” may be one grain of salt only.

But as it is God’s salt, it is like heaven’s gold that will live on and multiply.

“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.”  (Matthew 5:13)

Why is salt important?

Only because a grain of salt that comes from the Holy Spirit, is “salt” that is supernatural.

This salt and light continues to change others around us, including ourselves.

But what about a grain of salt that has lost its flavour?

It is only bound to earth.

It doesn’t go anywhere special.

It is not heaven’s gold.

It is as the chaff that dies.

A real grain of God’s salt is supernaturally paired with an eternal soul .✨️

God does this pairing, never us.

For how can we, fuse His salt to an eternal soul and say we did this impossible work?

Instead, we use our spiritual gifts for God’s glory and allow God to continue His work.

God’s salt excites me the most!

It’s the golden grain from God’s table.

This is the salt that flies!

I don’t want to be tired all the time with work that has a “zero amount” of God’s salt and light.

God’s supernatural pairing =

God’s salt + an eternal soul = His will being done.

God’s salt.

An eternal soul.

His will.

When I write, I pray that my posts are supernaturally paired with the right person.

Your ministry of salt for God may not be recognised by the world just yet.

Being a salty Christian writer can be lonely at times, but at least God is with us.

God recognises His salt in us.

We will never be able to fake Heaven’s Salt!

I like this because we can never be salt on our own.

You are salty because of God’s work in you.

I am salty because of God’s work in me.

Your Godly influence is like one diamond star 🌟 travelling through the darkness.

When the morning finally breaks, your light is still visible.

A star that shines on during the day is the rarest of kinds.

That’s the star I want to be.
