Pasteur saw no conflict between science beliefs and Christianity. He believed that science brings men nearer to God. As a scientist, he saw evidence of wisdom and design, rather than randomness and chaos. Pasteur said that, “The more I study nature, the more I stand amazed at the work of the Creator.”

But on another topic, I read something today about Christian atheism.

According to Wikipedia, “Christian atheism is an ideology that embraces the teachings, narratives, symbols, practices, or communities associated with Christianity without accepting the literal existence of God.”

In The Gospel of Christian Atheism, Thomas J.J. Altizer said –

“Every man today who is open to experience knows that God is absent, but only the Christian knows that God is dead, that the death of God is a final and irrevocable event and that God’s death has actualized in our history a new and liberated humanity.”

Today, I take a stand for God because I am not a Christian atheist. Jesus changed my life supernaturally! Becoming a Christian was the best decision I made in my whole life. After this happened, I never looked for TRUTH again as I knew I had found His pearl of the greatest price. He was the real deal and there was no more need to search anymore!

The poem I am posting below is about an atheist who wondered if God really existed.

SOMETHING TO REFLECT ON….

Many years ago, the famous atheist Voltaire claimed that within a hundred years, “not even one copy of the Bible would be found in men’s hands.”

According to the Guinness World Records, the best-selling book of all time is the Christian Bible. It is impossible to know exactly how many copies have been printed in the roughly 1,500 years since its contents were standardized, but research conducted by the British and Foreign Bible Society in 2021 suggests that the total number probably lies between 5 and 7 billion copies.

Recently one of my readers got irritated at me for believing in the Bible.

Their message was simple, “How stupid can you be for believing in this book?”

They mentioned how it was all doom and gloom. Many parts of it is. I believe the Bible is true but I don’t like everything in it. I am a very sensitive soul and reading it, can cause me immense pain too. But if you look at real life, it is also full of doom and gloom sometimes. But do you disbelieve real life? Of course not. Because you see it. The Bible and “real life”, match in the sense that both are full of pain in some areas.

The Bible is very painfully honest! I hear you! But the Bible offers the answer to all this pain. Jesus! This is where it gets joyful and eternally better for you, right now! So keep reading 📚 the New Testament and give God a chance to explain Himself.

Now think of an Escape Room for a moment.

My daughter Bianca, went to one recently.

If you went to one with a group of friends, would you all be fighting if you found the way out?

Of course not.

Getting out was the absolute truth, as you escaped!

Why should we be mad at each other for finding the truth together?

Next time a person comes along with a different religious belief than you, love them, listen to them, encourage them and joyfully say, “Lets pray 🙏 and find the real truth together.”

All human beings ❤️ would like to know the answers to life.

We should not get mad at each other for believing in something different.

We need to gently work together with great love for each other.

We are not enemies. We are precious human beings made in the image of God.

This article I wrote below, is one of my favorite. If you are struggling to believe in God, feel free to read it. This was birthed earlier when I responded to Ratley who was not a Christian and simply did not believe! It is quite amusing!

Man wanted to trust atheism

But he still doubted this belief

Atheism wasn’t helping him

He found no relief!

♡♡♡

The man stopped and thought

He decided to search some more

He looked for the real God

He saw an open door.

♡♡♡

The door led him

To a Bible

The Bible spoke of One.

The Bible spoke of a

Triune God,

The Father, Spirit, Son.

♡♡♡

He read all the pages fervently

Not knowing what he would find

This time, he prayed again

The real truth in his mind.

♡♡♡

Jesus was a name, he

Had never heard before

But for the first time

In his life

He desired to know

Him more.

♡♡♡

Then suddenly one day

The real God appeared!

Not in a visible form

But He was still very near.

♡♡♡

A light from heaven shone

A holy revelation came!

God saw the man kneeling there

God gently called his name.

♡♡♡

His first God wasn’t real

He didn’t exist at all

This One true God

Was different,

He answered

The poor man’s call!

♡♡♡

This real God

Was not an idol

He was the Creator

Of everything

He was the God

Of the Christian Bible

The God

Who conquered sin.

♡♡♡

With the man born again,

He learnt to trust this God!

This trust was truly real

And not for a fake God.

♡♡♡

His fake God was smashed

It had never left the earth!

It lacked the power of Christ

It only lived in dirt.

♡♡♡

How do I trust your God?

I hear you say today

I am tired of no victory

I need a better way.

♡♡♡

As a Christian poet

Who cares for you

I’ll answer you straight back

Please give me a minute

Please don’t turn your back.

I know you are reading my poem

I see your seeking heart

You are still searching silently

For a light in the dark!

♡♡♡

Surrender your heart to Jesus

Repent of all your sins

Read the Bible daily

Get baptized,

Only trust Him.

With a Creator’s conscience

It is easier to trust Christ

Stop and say now,

I put you

First

In my life!

Love, faith and joy

Also blossom in your heart

With these jewels

All weaved together

You experience

A brand new start!

How do I know your right?

I hear you say today

Isn’t atheism better?

Please convince me, I say!

Atheism isn’t real

It is only a lie

Atheism excludes God

Atheism says Jesus didn’t die.

Atheism has no book

To prove what it has seen

It’s origins are imagination

It’s truths, not factually seen.

♡♡♡

Atheism never answers back

It has no voice to speak

Imagine believing in nothing!

No wonder, man feels weak.

♡♡♡

God’s Bible is unique

It is a true living book

It has many accounts

Of the journey

That different

Men took.

When they searched

For truth

They found God wasn’t an idol!

They knew

He was real

And so was the Bible!

Pray to God first

And then you will see!

Ask Him to help you believe in Him

It’s as simple as 1,2, 3.

♡♡♡

He will help you, believe

You can’t find Him on your own

The way to believing in God

Is to stop scrolling on your phone.

Go in your room and

Kneel down by your bed

Tell Him you read this poem

And you desire His presence instead.

♡♡♡

Keep praying in secret

Don’t ask for man’s wisdom at all

Rather be silent and patient

I know God will answer your call!
